The properties are set in the beautiful North Devon countryside and are approached via a private drive with the beach shops and pubs within 5 miles. Many attractions can be found nearby including the popular beaches of Woolacombe and Saunton. Walkers will enjoy exploring Exmoor with its wide variety of wildlife and spectacular moorland views. North Devon s picturesque villages and bustling markets are within easy reach and Ilfracombe s harbour shops bars and restaurants are a short drive away. Alternatively guests can relax on the farm and enjoy roaming the 20 acres or interact with the animals on site. Leisure facilities: guests are welcome to visit the on-site library that is stocked with books children s videos and toys or visit the children s outside play area. Craft sessions are available at an additional charge for ages 13 upwards including stained glass glass painting bottle craft and much more. For younger children of all ages craft sessions can be tailored to your needs (one free craft session for all bookings between end October and beginning May). Farm activities: meet and interact with a variety of animals many of which are rescue animals including horses donkeys alpacas pigs llama rabbits guinea pigs chickens and ducks. Toddler friendly area with pond dipping animal handling and a chance to enjoy nature in a farm environment. Games room: indoor play barn with pool table table tennis and other games Outside: use of a shared riverside picnic area and access to farm walks. Additional info: disposable BBQs can be purchased on site. Location: beach 5 miles shops and pubs 4 miles. Entered from the farm courtyard through the original barn door and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 galleried double with rural views and en-suite with hand-held shower over bath and WC. 1 twin with en-suite shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with flatscreen TV freeview DVD video and woodburner. Kitchen/diner: with electric cooker fridge/freezer microwave and washer/dryer. Outside: enclosed private patio with garden furniture. Amenities: bed linen underfloor heating electric and first basket of logs included (towels are not supplied). Wi-Fi included in all properties and in the on-site shared library. 2 well-behaved pets welcome more by arrangement (dogs not to be left unattended in cottages). Guests are advised that due to the cottages listed building status certain original features have had to be retained during the conversion. This means that the upstairs rooms in this cottage have low beams and doorways that measure approximately 5 8 inches from the floor.

The small harbour town of Ilfracombe on the north Devon coast of England has long been a favourite with tourists. It is located within a few miles of Woolacombe, Berrynarbor, West Down, Lee, Middle Marwood, and Combe Martin and is one of over three hundred towns or villages in Devon in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest major cities are Plymouth and Exeter.
Ilfracombe is set in a natural harbour with some steep hillsides and cliffs leading down to the town centre. It's port still provides home to a number of fishing vessels and there are daily boat trips available from its picturesque harbour. Holidaymakers are well catered for with a number of hotels, guest houses and self catering cottages, as well as numerous small shops, cafes and restaurants.
